Allthings.tv is only a couple of months old and experiencing the challenges that any start up blog comes up against; how to get your voice heard in an internet soup of bloggers that are blogging about the same things you are blogging about, and whom have been doing it for a whole lot longer than a couple of months..

My answer is simple. I write from the heart. Many bloggers do not. Either they simply do not have the time, are not fully committed, are not sure what they are passionate about, or simply don’t care.....

Well, that helps narrow the competition; a lot.

And so Allthings.tv had its first major interview with Demand Media that I posted on Thursday evening to great reviews.

Friday morning however, I find out that Ron Jackson, owner of Dn Journal did a write up on the interview on “The Lowdown”.

Well, that narrows the competition further still!! Not everyone makes it on to Dn Journal. Ron obviously felt that the interview was newsworthy enough to warrant commenting on.

And quite possibly Ron recognized that I was speaking from my heart. And for that, I am very grateful.

It brings us great pleasure to announce the launch of a community to compliment the AllThings.tv blog. As both Kevin and I have come to realise, having a blog about everything to do with TV on the net is a fantastic thing. It allows the both of us and the contributing authors to speak about everything we are so passionate about with regard to the new internet age we live in – the Web 2.0 age. 

A very warm welcome to Cate.Tv who will be blogging on Allthings.Tv as part of her marketing strategy to promote the Cate.Tv network. You can find her bio under the “ view authors” tab.

In the short time that I have known Cate, her enthusiasm for life and making each day count is what comes across loud and clear.

As some of you may know, Allthings.TV covers a little bit of everything relating to WEB 2.0 websites, technologies and industry players.

As such we have an interview with DEMAND MEDIA, owner of ENOM.COM (number two domain registrar after GoDaddy) and websites such as EHOW.COM and WEHOW.COM that we will be publishing during the coming week and is look forward to reader comment on the contents of that interview.

I would like to welcome on board two new authors to the AllThings.tv crew: Tim Suggs and Sanchay Kumar. These guys rock!!

Sanchay a good friend and mentor, has taught me everything I have picked up on in the last year on how to perfect the art of buying domains (an ongoing lesson I would like to add)........and, who has proven time and again that he possesses the most important skill of all - the art of Selling domain names.....

Having Sanchay on board will give the necessary gravitas that AllThings.tv is looking for as a new site in the .TV world.

Also, joining us as a regular contributor is Tim Suggs (read his biography, he will explain how he got his name I promise!!) . Another friend aswell as domain business partner, Tim has been domaining as far back as 1999 and has some super sales to add to his resume, including at least one .tv domain name in the high X,XXX that I know of! is currently involved in many many projects and we at AllThings.tv are grateful indeed for sharing his time with us.
