Read OnWhile taking a break from the development action, I stumbled across eBay’s domain name section.  Besides a lot of crap, I started to see multiple dot tv domain names and video related domain names for sale.  If you knew you were a hick and you were proud of it, you could acquire…

HickTV.com with a starting bid of only $29.99 and begin broadcasting anything from your living room to the Internet.  Maybe you want to begin producing hick films.  If so you could pickup, Filmaker.TV or DigitalFilms.TV in the high $xxx region.

If watching a video channel created by a self-proclaimed hick creeps you out, then you might be interested in owning a domain name that would be the perfect platform to share different horror films/videos: HorrorFilms.TV.

Still, so many domainers don’t see the light with dot tv, but they understand the YouTube phenomenon...and they get the geographical nature of some domains.  Perhaps if Anime (cartoons) are more popular in the United Kingdom, then AnimeTV.co.uk might be a good deal for a starting bid of $90.

Perhaps these domains don’t suit you very well since you are an outdoorsy type of person.  Maybe a site that would enable you share videos related to your outdoor activities would be a perfect motivator to pick up the camera and start rolling tape.  For you, I might recommend OutdoorJournalTV.com, which is now being offered in competition with a few other domain names.

What is that you say?  You like the outdoors, but you like cooking so much better.  Maybe you can acquire MyRecipeTV.com or MyRecipeTV.net to create an online community of friends that share their favorite recipes!

Is the subject of recipes too narrow?  Then jump on FoodFare.TV...its a steal at $200.

You can promote the site by creating a series of video tutorials related to cooking and uploading them to Tutorials.TV, which only has a starting bid of $1.

Is that too cheap?  Maybe you can cough up the $330,000 asking price for Bagel.TV.

Are none of these domains business-related enough for your blood?  Perhaps you can give people your take on what the heck is up (or down) with the stock market if you acquire WallStreetWebTV.com.  If you don’t want to isolate yourself to Wall Street news and rumors, then pickup DailyStreaming.com (that only requires a starting bid of $0.99).  You should also probably pick up PlacesToGo.TV for good measure.

What?  You say those are okay domains, but you want domain names that will continue to capitalize on tomorrow’s trends?  I suppose teenage girls yack on their cell phones and use them to watch videos at a far greater rate than ever before, so you can get the jump by acquiring TeenGirls.TV (starting bid $250) or TVreadyphones.com (starting bid $1.99).

If you have the pocketbook, you can also pick up these phone-related names:
CheapTVphones.com or AndreoidPhone.tv

Maybe you would prefer to teach english to the world at EnglishWebTV.com...it would only cost you a wopping $35K to get started!

Is that entertaining?  Okay, I will quit with the nonsense and just list the rest:
InternetBroadcasting.TV
List2Sell.TV & List2Sell.mobi
TVipod.net
IPODtv.net
ToySoldiers.TV
CBSTV.net
ApplyMyTV.com
Widescreen-Televisions.com
