Some of our viewers will remember a quick article I wrote on Fora.tv a while back. Alright, it wasn’t so much an article, more a quick announcement of what a fully developed .tv site can look like. A good idea, great content and a superior website development team are the essential ingredients needed to produce a site of this quality.
Notice if you will, the lack of “bling” to the site, but the obvious class of the content is all too apparent.
The above video is a prime example of such content, a video debate between Al Sharpton and Christopher Hitchens on the recent publication by Mr Hitchens of his controversial book “God is not great, How religion poisons everything..”
I will be having a blogcast interview with Brian Gruber in the latter part of next week. Brian’s schedule dictates that he conduct this interview from the New York hotel he will be staying at. Allthings.tv is grateful for the opportunity.
The reason I want this interview is because I love the novelty of being able to tune in to a channel dedicated to challenging all of us to think about issues that affect our daily lives in so many ways.
These issues could be close to heart, both from a political perspective and geographically speaking. What Fora.tv does is expands these horizons, allowing us to connect with any issue going on around the world on almost any topic at any given time.
No longer is there a need to spend three hours driving to an environmental conference. It is bought to your laptop in the comfort of your own home.
If any of you would like me to pose a question to Brian, please comment on this blog with your question. If it is not already included in the interview and seems like a decent thought provoking question to ask, we will include the question in the interview!!! And give your website a mention too!!
Interviewing Brian Gruber should be interesting. His resume is impressive enough. Brian has twenty years experience successfully building and marketing media enterprises. As the senior marketing officer for a range of respected media institutions, he has managed billion dollar revenue budgets and large and small marketing teams. As the first marketing director for C-SPAN, he built its affiliate sales and marketing organization, launching C-SPAN II with the largest subscriber base ever for a cable network at launch.
Enough said!!
